FULL TIME ACADEMY PROGRAMS
The Academy's High Performance & Elite Training Program operates 52 weeks of the year and is designed around a balance of technical, tactical, mental and physical training to build a complete player. All full-time players are comprehensively evaluated at the start of their program and reevaluated at regular intervals. Parents receive regular progress reports on their children.
The Academy also makes use of the latest in video technology to keep track of each player’s progress. The Academy’s recently installed “Court Cam”, with it’s wide angle lens, is used to record practice matches and training sessions from two key angles. Footage is then transferred to laptop or disc for the coach and player to review on an ongoing basis. “Court Cam” can also be set up to record player’s tournament matches at events hosted at the Academy.
The Academy also utilizes stroke analysis software to give players a better understanding of the finer technical points and biomechanics of each stroke. Strengths and weaknesses can be evaluated and corrected, and comparisons made with a database of swings from leading touring professionals.

ELITE PROGRAM (for ITF level junior players or nationally ranked players)
Monday - Friday 08.00 – 10.15 : Feed Ball drilling 11.00 – 15.00 : Modified Schooling (at St Stephens College) 16.00 – 18.00 : Live Ball Tactical Drilling & Pointplay 18.00 – 19:00 : Strength & Conditioning fitness training
Saturdays 09.00 – 11.00 : Drilling or Pointplay 11.00 – 12.00 : Body Balance / Yoga / Pilates
Sundays Rest &/or tournaments

TRAINING FEES
Short Term : Full-Time Training - (less than 8 weeks) $550 per week – (11 sessions)
Long Term : Full-Time Training - (9 weeks or more) $2,100 per month – (11 sessions per week)
Short Term : One Session per day (Mon–Fri + Sat a.m.) $330 per week (6 sessions per week)
Long Term : One Session per day (Mon-Fri + Sat a.m.) $1,265 per month (6 sessions per week)
Daily Rate : $100 per day (or $60 per session)
