The Hope Island Junior Golf Program was established to introduce more young girls and boys to the game of golf and to nurture their skills and enjoyment of the sport. The Program includes Saturday, Sunday and weekday junior clinics, skill challenges, certificates of achievment, Holiday Camps and Junior 9 Hole Events. The program provides a safe and positive learning environment for all Junior Golfers and most importantly is fun!

The curriculum of learning 6 distinct golf skills includes:

• Rules & Etiquette
  

Clinic Times

Saturdays - 2 classes 9:00am (1 hour) 111111or 10:15am (1 hour) Ages 7– 14. Sundays - 2 classes 9:00am (1 hour) 111111or 10:15am (1 hour) Ages 7 – 14.

Tuesdays 4:15pm (1 hour) Ages 7– 14 Wednesdays 4:15pm (1 hour) Ages 7– 14 Thursdays 4:15pm (1 hour) Ages 10– 16

Clinic Information & Format

• Maximum of 8 students per class..
  
  
• We meet on the driving range under the shade structure at the start of each clinic. The clinic begins with a light stretch followed by hitting range balls for approximately 45 minutes working on swing fundamentals, the grip, posture, and swing technique. For the last 15 minutes we play either a putting game or chipping game for the prize!.
  
  
• Dress requirements - running shoes, collared shirt.
  
  
• Range balls and golf clubs (if needed) are included

Terms of Enrolments

• All fees must be paid in full at time of booking.
• In order to maintain the highest quality of instruction for all participants the Academy does not offer make-up classes for missed sessions. Where sessions are missed due to prolonged or short term illness a credit will be available upon presentation of a medical certificate.
